Hector Gonzalez
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
My name is Hector Gonzalez, and I am the Executive Director of Connect Immigration, as well as a Department of Justice Fully Accredited Representative. With over four years of experience as a passionate immigration advocate, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their immigration journeys. I firmly believe that everyone deserves a chance to build a better life, and my team and I work tirelessly to make that happen.
My Story
At Connect Immigration, we take pride in guiding our clients with empathy and understanding. We cherish building strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring they feel supported at every step and truly part of the Connect Immigration family.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wonderful family and our three boys. I am also deeply committed to advocating for our community as the Senior Pastor of Connect Church in Gypsum, Colorado, and serve as the President of two large daycares, Connect Care. Samantha Moncada
DOJ ACCREDITED REPRESENTATIVE
Samantha Moncada is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Accredited Representative with six years of experience, serving immigrants from all over the world as they walk through the complex immigration process with USCIS. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish from Berry College. Samantha specializes in affirmative immigration cases, namely family-based petitions, consular processing, naturalization, and various humanitarian visas for survivors of crime, domestic violence, and human trafficking. She cares deeply for each and every person that she serves and believes in God's call to "love the immigrant as yourself, for you were immigrants" (Leviticus 19:34).

Lucy Cummings
SENIOR PARALEGAL
My name is Lucy Cummings and I'm a Senior Paralegal working primarily in affirmative cases. I’ve been in the legal field since 2016, and I truly believe God led me to my calling in immigration law. I’m the daughter of Peruvian immigrants who came to the U.S. in the 1980s, and their story is what inspires me every day to help others on their own immigration journeys. I’m passionate about helping families reunite and build a better future together. I’m also a proud wife and mom of two amazing kids who remind me daily of God’s blessings and keep me grounded in purpose and gratitude.

Yeseni Roblero-Gonzalez
PARALEGAL
My name is Yeseni Roblero-Gonzalez, and I am a Paralegal in the Removal Defense department at Connect Immigration. I am a first-generation college graduate and earned my bachelor’s degree in Political Science from North Carolina Central University. I’ve worked in immigration law for over two years, and I am passionate about serving and advocating for our immigrant community. Outside of work, I love Jesus and proudly embrace being a pastor’s kid. I truly value the impact we make at Connect Immigration and feel grateful to be part of meaningful work every day.

Louisa Osorio
LEGAL ASSISTANT
I am originally from Colombia and currently living in Chile. I studied Administration and English in Colombia, and I have been working in the immigration field for over two years. At Connect Immigration, I work as a Legal Assistant. My role involves communicating with clients, preparing their cases, requesting and following up on evidence, and completing the necessary forms. I am detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing clear and supportive communication throughout each case. Being an immigrant myself, I understand how important it is for people to have guidance and trust during their immigration process. I truly love helping families, learning something new every day, and supporting our clients in achieving their dreams of building a better future. Working at Connect Immigration has been a rewarding experience that allows me to grow professionally while maintaining a healthy balance with my family life. As a mother of two teenagers, I deeply value the flexibility and supportive environment this work provides.

I’m a Legal Assistant at Connect Immigration, where I handle client intake, screenings, and inquiries while helping guide clients through their immigration process. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and work closely with our team to resolve issues quickly and make communication more efficient. I take pride in being proactive, organized, and supportive in everything I do, and I also provide live interpretation when needed.

I am an organized and dynamic professional with a strong work ethic and collaborative spirit. In the Accounting Department, I assist the CEO and administrative management while supporting clients with payments, follow-ups, and financial inquiries. Approachable and attentive, I take genuine interest in helping others and ensuring a positive client experience.

I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and I work closely with our professional team that resolve matters quickly and maintain constant, clear and effective communication with our customers.
